Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") define the terms on which the site AnyConverters.com ("we" or "our company") provides you with its file conversion services. For the purposes of this Agreement: "Customer" (or "you") means a natural or legal person who uses our conversion services, including its employees and agents. Your use of the Services is directly dependent on your compliance with these Terms of Service.

These rules come into force from the moment you start using our services. By clicking the "Convert" button, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. You acknowledge and agree that the site administration may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. We do not request, collect or store your personal data.

The term "Services" means the provision of data conversion services selected by you during the order process, free of charge or for a subscription fee.

The term "Subscription fee" - we provide free services and paid services. For paid services, "Subscription Fee" means the monthly or annual fee indicated on the "Prices" page. The subscription fee, if you use paid conversion services, is paid in advance for the entire period of use. The subscription fee does not include value added tax (VAT) or other sales tax, which must be paid by you at the rate in effect at that time. The term "Subscription Period" is the period from the Effective Date until the termination of this Agreement in accordance with these terms. You can terminate the Agreement at any time by sending an email to our support service support@anyconverters.com .

Our services provide the user with the ability to convert a file or several files from the original file format to the file format chosen by the user. Services work by storing uploaded user files on servers AnyConverters.com, converting them to a new file format and then providing a link to download the converted file from cloud storage. We use it for short-term storage (no more than 24 hours) Google Drive, DropBox and Yandex.Disk servers. This reduces the load on our own servers, and also provides additional protection for us and our users from malicious files. We will also send download links to your email address if you decide to provide them. Then you can access the converted files and download them by clicking on the link. Since our services may provide links to third-party websites, you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the availability or correct operation of such websites. You acknowledge the sole responsibility and assume all risks associated with your use of any such websites.

You acknowledge and agree that we may establish general rules and policies regarding the use of the Services. Rules and policies may include, among other things, the maximum number of files that a user can upload through the Services, the maximum size of files that a user can convert using the Services, the maximum number of hours or days during which a file will be stored in the Services, and the maximum number of times a user can access the Services for a certain period of time. AnyConverters.com reserves the right, if there is a valid reason, to change or terminate any of the Services at any time.

In accordance with all the terms and conditions of this Agreement AnyConverters.com undertakes to provide you with Services under the terms of a simple non-exclusive license. No registration is required to access the "Free" service. To get a paid service, you need to write to us at the email address support@anyconverters.com . You will also be asked to provide payment details that will be used to make your first payment and regular payments in accordance with these terms. If we receive your payment and accept your offer, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your payment and accepted your offer to subscribe to the Services. At this point, the contract between you and AnyConverters.com will be concluded.

We try to ensure the continuous and uninterrupted operation of our Services. In case of problems or interruptions in the operation of the services, we undertake to take appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the level of security. However, we cannot guarantee that our Services will be compatible with your computer. We cannot guarantee that user files or converted files will not be deleted after 24 hours or lost. You acknowledge and agree that AnyConverters.com will not be responsible for any failures of the Services during the process of downloading, converting your file or saving the final file. You acknowledge and agree that we will not be responsible for the deletion of uploaded files, as well as those stored or processed during the provision of Services, or for the damage or loss of any data, information or content contained in your file. You are solely responsible for archiving and backing up your user files and data, as well as solely responsible for any lost or irrevocable user files or data.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect the same from our users. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, public display or public performance of copyrighted work is a violation of the rights of the copyright holder and is expressly prohibited on our site. Users of our services upload, convert, access and use materials and services at their own risk. We never, under any circumstances, track customer content. We are not responsible for any damage claimed by third parties as a result of any use of our conversion services. Each user is solely responsible for all materials stored on our servers, for the accuracy of such materials and for obtaining all necessary permissions to convert the materials, including all hyperlinks and marketing materials. We do not give any express or implied guarantees regarding the accuracy, quality or nature of the information that may be obtained by users when using our services.We also reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove content and/or deny users future access to our services that may infringe on the intellectual property rights of others or otherwise potentially bring us to civil or criminal liability. All ownership rights and interests in relation to our services are and will remain the exclusive property of AnyConverters.com . The Services are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws of both the United States of America and other countries.

When using our services, you agree not to: upload or transmit as part of a user file or otherwise any data, text, graphics, content or material that is fake or misleading, is defamatory, invades another person's privacy, is obscene, pornographic or offensive, promotes intolerance, racism, hatred or harm to any person or group, violates the rights of others, including any intellectual property rights, violates or encourages any behavior, which would violate any applicable law or regulation or would entail civil liability, spreads terror messages or depicts torture, harm minors in any way, including any form of child pornography, promotes illegal activities, including gambling and the sale of weapons. You must not interfere with or use any closed areas of our services, site or computer systems, attempt to investigate, scan or test the vulnerability of the Services, violate any security or authentication measures, attempt to decrypt, decompile, disassemble or reconstruct any software used to provide the Services. You must not interfere with the access of any user, host or network, including sending a virus, overloading, avalanche mailing, spam or undertaking DDoS attacks. You must not abuse system resources, including using content that consumes excessive amounts of CPU time or disk space, using excessive bandwidth, or reselling access to content hosted on our servers. You should not automate the use of our Services. You must not use or run any automated system, software, bots that access the services automatically. In case of violation of these rules, we will have the right to investigate, prosecute or apply civil remedies for violation of any of the above, including infringement of intellectual property rights and security-related issues.
